Are you a business in the food and drink sector? Then join FinditinWorcestershire on Tuesday 18 July for our monthly breakfast event with a difference!
Following the success of last year's event, we will be bringing you the best of Worcestershire’s small, local producers and helping them link up with potential buyers. Worcestershire is renowned as a home for food and drink and within its borders there are many award-winning establishments using locally sourced produce, so this time our theme will be 'How to become retail ready' with a great range of speakers who will provide expert advice and guidance to new and existing companies in the food and drink sector,
- Patrice Garrigues, Commercial Manager at Blakemore Fine Foods (the largest division of SPAR) - Celebrating 100 years of Blakemore Foods and why 'Fine Foods' is committed to supporting Great British food and drink producers
- The science of managing food company growth – Forecasting and consistency, getting your plans right from product development and production to delivery from Ruth Dolby, Director at Food Science Fusion Ltd
- Inspirational speaker, Emma Heathcote-James, Founder and CEO at Little Soap Company, 'How to sell into retail and build a successful brand' - Hear how the 2016 Entrepreneur of the Year got the first organic soap on the supermarket shelves
- Food standards – what existing and new food businesses need to know from Worcestershire Regulatory Services (WRS), and an introduction to the new business-led Worcestershire Food & Drink Association, working in partnership with WRS and Worcestershire Local Enterprise Partnership.
** CELEBRITY CHEF CONFIRMED **
