Sanctuary Homes is the brand for Sanctuary Group’s property development activity. Sanctuary Group is a registered, exempt charity, who already owns and manages more than 100,000 homes. To help tackle the UK’s housing crisis it aspires to build 30,000 new homes, including a range of tenures to support more people into home ownership, as well as helping to meet the need for additional rented homes and providing homes to sell on the open market through its sister brand Beech Grove Homes.
It has a programme of six new-build home sites across Worcestershire and the surrounding area (a 34-property rental scheme in the Warndon area of Worcester and a 110-home development in Drakes Broughton), and is looking to deliver them via a new in-house construction team.
Over the coming months, the company will be mobilising its construction arm across the county providing an exciting opportunity for local trades to form new, long-lasting partnerships.
