In Detail

This series of six webinars brought to you every Wednesday by High Speed (HS2) Ltd, aim to help local businesses navigate the HS2 supply chain and better understand some of the things that we are looking for from potential suppliers.

Building on last year’s programme, the series covers some key topics which are worth finding out more about if you are a local business interested in getting involved in Europe’s biggest infrastructure project.

We want local businesses along the line of the new high-speed railway to be able to make the most of the opportunities HS2 will bring and get involved in the supply chain wherever they can.

Procurement can sometimes be difficult to navigate but we are committed using an open, fair and transparent processes. We want to engage and encourage all different types and sizes of businesses to get involved where possible and support them through their procurement journey as much as we can.

HS2 is more than just a railway. The scale of the work being delivered provides opportunities for social enterprises and community projects to benefit from our construction programme by getting involved in the project.

In this webinar, hear from our guest speakers at the Initiative for Social Entrepreneurs on the value Social Enterprises can add to supply chains.
