In Detail

In October 2018, Worcester City Council launched its hugely ambitious vision for Worcester. The City Centre Masterplan will create new transport routes, parks and public spaces, housing and business premises. It will also provide a huge financial boost to the local economy via 3,137 new homes, 8,600 new job and 14km of new cycle routes. A consultation of the draft plan was undertaken in November 2018 with the expectation that the plan will be adopted in March 2019.

Introduction: Andrew Round, Corporate Director, Place, Worcester City Council
