Award-winning FinditinWorcestershire member, Simplyseedz were featured on BBC Radio Hereford & Worcester in March. Interviewed by Malcolom Boyden, Founder, Cathryn Zielinski was on air for approximately 15 minutes and explained how her company produces vegan friendly, instant porridge alongside a range of healthy seed mixes.
Cathryn said, "Malcolm was very interested about how my business started and loved our products! As an entrepreneur, it's a rollercoaster ride; you hit a few twists, turns and bumps, but the moral is to keep at it, don’t give up and deliver the best customer service possible. We even got some web orders as a result of being on air."
Simplyseedz is proof that Worcestershire-based companies can reach ultimate success. Cathryn recently launched her range on Ocado and Amazon whilst also white-labelling for Daylesford Organic, supplying Fenwicks and Gloucester Services. Not only that, Redditch-born, British Paralympian swimmer, Claire Cashmore loves Simplyseedz products, stating they give her the nutrition she needs to assist her body's sporting performance.
Homemade with love in Cathryn's country kitchen in Worcestershire, the muesli, porridge and seed mixes all containing pumpkin seeds, sunflower kernels and pine nuts are a fantastic alternative to traditional breakfast food. With porridge flavours including apple & cinnamon and dark chocolate & ginger, FinditinWorcestershire will certainly be paying Simplyseedz's exhibition stand a visit at our upcoming 'Food and Drink Special' breakfast meeting on Tuesday 18 July 2017.
