In Detail

Are you concerned about your future workforce, or how to market your business to young people and grow talent for your business?

Did you know you can work with the Connecting Schools and Business Programme at Worcestershire County Council to explore future talent?

The Connecting Schools and Business programme has been specifically designed to help develop Worcestershire's Future Workforce. The aim is to provide Worcestershire's employers with a pipeline of appropriately skilled and qualified employees.

The programme works with schools, young people and employers across Worcestershire to offer supported work placements, the ability to attend careers related events and gives businesses the chance to deliver informative workshops and talks within the county's High Schools, to help Worcestershire's young people make informed careers choices.

This programme will help the Council ensure that Worcestershire's young people are fully aware of the skills, qualifications and obtain the practical work experience that employers are looking for from their future employees.
