The Worcester-based ISO Certification provider takes the top spot at the recent Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber Business Awards 2018.

ISO Quality Services have been named as winner in the Excellence in Customer Service category at the Herefordshire & Worcestershire Chamber Business Awards 2018.

The prestigious awards ceremony, sponsored by Sanlam, took place on Thursday 15 June at the Worcester Arena and received over 100 entries from local businesses competing for an award in one of 11 categories.

Now in its 17th year, it attracts businesses across the two counties all keen to showcase their talents and achievements. The Awards offer an excellent opportunity for local businesses to raise their profile, celebrate their successes and boost staff morale.

The ISO Certification provider was winner in the region for Excellence in Customer Service, sponsored by Handelsbanken, just pipping Land Rover Experience to the post to the top spot.

In a year, which has seen our customer satisfaction score hit 96% and our Net Promoter Score reach 72, we’re thrilled that our team’s efforts have been recognised by the Chamber."
