Kidderminster College is collaborating with employers across Worcestershire, Sandwell and Herefordshire to provide training to their existing staff with a new Team Leader Apprenticeship.

In Detail

Kidderminster College is offering a new Team Leader Apprenticeship aimed to upskill the local workforce and improve employee retention, morale and skill development for employees in any industry.

There is no age limit for employees who enrol on this course, set to begin in February2023 with a duration of 15 months.

The Level 3 course will engage employees by providing training in:

  • Team Building and Development
  • Communication
  • Organisational Culture and Strategy
  • Problem Solving
  • Data Analysis
  • Building A High-Performance Team
  • Project Management
  • Organisation Governance
  • Managing Self

Applications to enrol employees on the Team Leader Apprenticeship are now open and will run until the end of January 2023.
