In Detail

The local housing company has a programme of six new-build home sites across Worcestershire and the surrounding area (a 34-property rental scheme in the Warndon area of Worcester and a 110-home development in Drakes Broughton), and is looking to deliver them via a new in-house construction team.

Over the coming months, the company will be mobilising its construction arm across the county providing an exciting opportunity for local trades to form new, long-lasting partnerships, which great news for FinditinWorcestershire members.

On Tuesday 19 February, local businesses are encouraged to sign up to attend FinditinWorcestershire's Meet the Buyer event, which will see Sanctuary's construction director, procurement and commercial teams present and meet local subcontractors and builders merchants.

As well as working with larger developers, Sanctuary Group is highly supportive of SMEs and would like to use the event to highlight the supply chain opportunities to work with its new in-house construction team and meet new businesses to consider for future contracts.
