Staff at Worcester-based Place Partnership are celebrating today after scooping the coveted title of ‘Property Newcomer of the Year’ at the prestigious national Property Awards 2017.
In a tough category, the regional property asset manager beat off stiff competition from the likes of Development Securities PLC's new regeneration spin off, U&I and Quintain's new vehicle Tipi. Notably, Place Partnership was also the only winner on the night from outside of the South East.
Judges praised the FinditinWorcestershire member's ‘innovation and delivery’, as they named Place Partnership alongside high profile winners including Gerald Ronson, Cushman & Wakefield, Legal & General Investment Management and Savills.
Place Partnership launched in September 2015 and delivers a range of services including strategic asset management, facilities management, property management, energy management and the management of design and development work.
Andrew Pollard, Managing Director of Place Partnership, summed up the company’s pride in receiving such a prominent award, “To win a national award of this kind at this stage in our development is really very special indeed. It is testament to the innovative approach taken by our partners and to the hard work that goes on day in day out across the business by our dedicated and highly skilled team.
“To be the only winner from the regions is a huge boost for Worcestershire and the Midlands. We are absolutely thrilled that Place Partnership has been recognised in this way.”
