In Detail

The FinditinWorcestershire supporter has been committed to quality since launching in 2015. It has implemented transformational standards around its processes to achieve this certification in a short amount of time. The international standards give world-class specifications for products, services and systems relating to industries such as manufacturing, services and technology.

Lauren Kebby, from ISO QSL, said: “Implementing certifications, like ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013, ensure organisations can compete on a level playing field with their competitors. It’s always a pleasure to work with a forward-thinking company like Place Partnership to help them refine their processes, procedures and documentation to achieve these certification.”

The company delivers a range of services including strategic asset management, facilities management, property management, energy management and the management of design and development work.

Last year Place Partnership won the coveted title of ‘Property Newcomer of the Year’ at the Prestigious Property Awards held in London. Judges praised the company’s ‘innovation and delivery’ as they named Place Partnership alongside high profile winners such as Cushman & Wakefield and Legal & General.

Place Partnership’s Managing Director, Andrew Pollard said: “This is an important step for Place Partnership as we see quality management as integral to providing excellent customer service. Achieving ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 27001:2013 demonstrate to our customers, suppliers and staff that we take quality seriously and want to maintain high standards of service.”

Place Partnership manage properties on behalf of and provide services to Worcestershire County Council, Worcester City Council, Redditch Borough Council, Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service, West Mercia Police and Warwickshire Police as well as many local schools and other public bodies.
